Smoked Salmon Crostini, Red Onion & Capers, Mascarpone

INGREDIENTS LIST

For The Crostini

  • 2 Tb Olive OIl

  • 5 Pieces Toasted Crostini

  • 3-4 Slices Smoked Salmon

  • 5 Tb Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1 Tb Capers

  • 1 Tb Red Onion, sliced

  • 2 Tb Dill, leaves only

  • 1 Tb Lemon Zest

METHOD

For The Crostini

Start by adding in the olive oil to a pan and warming up on medium heat. Add the crostini to the pan and toast until golden brown. Once cooled, spoon the mascarpone cheese on top and layer with smoked salmon. Add red onions, capers and dill on to each crostini. Finish with grated lemon zest and enjoy!
